  2. Lead and manage a team of data services professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive client acquisition and retention.
  4. Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the data services industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings for clients.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM's data services portfolio and effectively communicate its value proposition to clients.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve targets.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth, development, and success.
  9. Represent IBM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our data services offerings.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the data services division.
