You will be responsible for managing the entire change process, from the initial assessment of the impact of the change, to the successful delivery of the new process. To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in business, organizational development, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in change management. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management plans across the organization
- Manage the entire change process from initial assessment to successful delivery
- Create and maintain communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Develop and implement training and development plans to ensure employees are prepared for the transition
- Monitor and analyse data to assess the success of the change process
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address those areas
- Provide regular reports on the progress of the transition
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery of the change project
- Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the transition process.
