Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement change management plans across the organization
2. Manage the entire change process from initial assessment to successful delivery
3. Create and maintain communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged
4. Develop and implement training and development plans to ensure employees are prepared for the transition
5. Monitor and analyse data to assess the success of the change process
6. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address those areas
7. Provide regular reports on the progress of the transition
8. Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery of the change project
9. Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the transition process.
