  1. Lead transformational change: Drive and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain planning processes for clients.
  2. Develop strategies: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized strategies for their supply chain planning.
  3. Provide expert consultation: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of supply chain planning to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
  4. Analyze data: Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work collaboratively with other teams within IBM to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  6. Manage projects: Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and successful completion within budget.
  7. Monitor and track progress: Regularly monitor and track progress of projects and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  8. Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Stay updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain planning to continuously improve and enhance services for clients.
  10. Achieve targets: Meet and exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Supply Chain Planning team at IBM.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Planning: A Business Transformation Consultant-Supply Chain Planning At Ibm Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Planning Processes, Methodologies, And Best Practices. They Should Also Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing Supply Chain Planning Solutions For Various Industries And Clients.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Business Transformation Consultant-Supply Chain Planning, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Inefficiencies In Supply Chain Processes And Develop Effective Solutions To Optimize Them. They Should Also Be Able To Analyze Data And Provide Insights To Drive Decision-Making.

  • Project Management Expertise: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Proven Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Timelines, Resources, And Budgets. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Deliver Results Within The Given Timeframe.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For A Business Transformation Consultant-Supply Chain Planning At Ibm. They Should Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders, Communicate Complex Ideas In A Clear And Concise Manner, And Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
