  12. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.
  13. Mentor and coach junior sales team members to support their professional development and success.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Sales And Delivery, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Ibm's Products, Services, And Industry Trends, As Well As Strong Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking.
