  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions using Oracle technology.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Oracle technology advancements to effectively position IBM as a leader in the market.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies to reach them.
  7. Represent IBM in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and build networks.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of IBM's Oracle solutions.
  9. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and train team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  12. Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for the business development team and track progress towards achieving them.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Business Development: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Oracle Products And Services: As An Oracle Business Development Leader At Ibm, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle's Products And Services. They Should Have Experience Working With Oracle's Cloud Solutions, Databases, And Applications To Effectively Promote And Sell Them To Potential Clients.

They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Identify Potential Opportunities, And Develop Strategies To Capitalize On Them.
