- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Intel Community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the intelligence community.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by consistently identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform business development strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions that drive value and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to track and report on sales activities and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry developments to continuously improve business development strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote services.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend business meetings and events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Active Ts/Sci Security Clearance With Full Scope Polygraph.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably Within The Intelligence Community.
Strong Understanding Of The Intelligence Community, Including Knowledge Of Government Contracting And Procurement Processes.
