  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Intel Community.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the intelligence community.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by consistently identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform business development strategies.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions that drive value and ROI.
  8. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing.
  9. Utilize CRM tools and systems to track and report on sales activities and progress.
  10. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry developments to continuously improve business development strategies.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote services.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
  14. Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend business meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Active Ts/Sci Security Clearance With Full Scope Polygraph.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably Within The Intelligence Community.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Intelligence Community, Including Knowledge Of Government Contracting And Procurement Processes.
