  1. Develop and execute brand and content strategies that align with IBM's business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging and content across all channels.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights that will inform brand and content strategy.
  4. Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing materials.
  5. Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content creation and distribution.
  6. Write and edit compelling and engaging brand narratives for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
  7. Monitor and analyze brand and content performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and evolve IBM's brand and content strategy.
  9. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute creative campaigns and initiatives.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  11. Communicate and present brand and content strategies and results to key stakeholders and leadership.
  12. Contribute to the development of IBM's brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  13. Identify and recommend opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations to increase brand reach and awareness.
  14. Train and mentor team members on brand and content strategy best practices and processes.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, representing IBM's brand vision and values both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand And Content Strategy, Preferably In A B2B Technology Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Brand And Content Strategies That Drive Business Results.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Target Audience To Inform Strategic Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Ideas To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
