- Develop and manage a comprehensive benefits program for all employees at IBM, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the benefits program.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to understand employee needs and make recommendations for new benefits offerings.
- Conduct regular reviews of the benefits program to ensure it remains competitive in the market and meets the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to negotiate and secure cost-effective and high-quality benefits packages.
- Manage the enrollment process for all benefits programs, including communicating with employees, processing paperwork, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns regarding their benefits, providing prompt and accurate support.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
- Keep accurate records and documentation related to the benefits program and employee data.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness and utilization of the benefits program and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and deliver training and educational materials to employees regarding their benefits and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage the budget for the benefits program.
- Participate in company-wide committees or projects related to employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about changes and updates in the benefits landscape and communicate any relevant updates to leadership and employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Fmla, And Aca.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees.
Experience With Managing And Implementing A Variety Of Benefits Programs, Including Retirement Plans, Health And Wellness Benefits, And Voluntary Benefits.
