Job Description

The Automation Engineer will be part of the Cloud Shared Services (CSS) program providing design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of core automation tools. The engineer will be responsible for working with members of the Service Delivery Operations, Architecture, cloud platform, and cloud management platform teams to automate and improve the delivery of hybrid cloud and managed services.CSS supports a 24x7 operations team. The position will require integration with existing teams for implementation, as well as, assisting team members with day-to-day use of the automated tools and processes.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of strong IT infrastructure experience across multiple disciplines

  • Intermediate understanding of relational database systems

  • IC Agile Certification desired.

  • Familiar with a variety of database technologies desired (MS SQL, MySQL)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
