  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks for IBM and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Implement controls and processes to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IBM's adherence to compliance requirements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant teams.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies to ensure a smooth compliance process.
  6. Monitor and analyze risk and compliance data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Communicate risk and compliance issues to senior management and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Train and educate employees on risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk and compliance controls.
  10. Participate in external audits and ensure all required documentation is prepared and available.
  11. Develop and maintain risk and compliance management plans.
  12. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure risk and compliance efforts are aligned with legal requirements.
  13. Identify and report any potential breaches of compliance to senior management.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on risk and compliance efforts to senior management.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk and compliance controls and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
