  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HR Contact Center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to employees and managers.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to the HR Contact Center team, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, processes, and procedures, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices in the HR Contact Center.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of the HR Contact Center, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Act as a point of escalation for complex employee and manager inquiries, providing timely and effective resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Benefits teams, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to HR support.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize HR Contact Center operations.
  9. Train and mentor team members, identifying development needs and providing ongoing support and coaching to foster their growth and career progression.
  10. Support the implementation of new HR programs and initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration within the HR Contact Center.

Job Qualifications
