- Oversee and manage the Order to Cash process within the finance and administration department.
- Develop and maintain efficient and streamlined processes for order processing, invoicing, and collections.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and payment.
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members, including setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Order to Cash process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to the Order to Cash process.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and administration.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Finance And/Or Accounting Roles, With A Focus On Order To Cash Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Erp Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Experience Managing A Team And Working In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
