  1. Conduct client consultations to understand their technology and financial needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing Apptio's products.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in Apptio's products and their application in various industries.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.
  5. Identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in the implementation process.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients to showcase the benefits and functionalities of Apptio's solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and best practices in technology and financial management.
  8. Analyze and interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.
  9. Assist in the development and improvement of Apptio's products by providing feedback and suggestions from client interactions.
  10. Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and assistance.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, solutions, and progress.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably As A Solution Consultant Or Business Analyst.

  • Strong Understanding Of Apptio's Software Solutions And Their Integration With Other Enterprise Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Apptio Solutions For Clients, With A Focus On Delivering Measurable Business Value.
