Job Description

As a PeopleSoft Programmer/Developer, you will act as the technical expert in the implementation, upgrade, and support of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) to guide the design, configuration, setup, and testing of the PeopleSoft application. You will also lead fit/gap sessions, make recommendations on best practices, solve complex technical issues, and interact with the functional team to define system specifications. This work includes technical analysis, developing technical design specifications, development of custom objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the Peoplesoft architecture and toolsets.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Implementing, upgrading, or supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 8.9 or greater

  • Proficient in writing and understanding the SQL scripts.

  • Experience working with Public Sector clients is an asset.
