  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using RPA
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices
  • Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA applications and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on project progress and any issues that arise
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input and recommendations based on expertise and experience
  • Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the RPA field
  • Mentor and train junior developers and team members on RPA processes and best practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field Provides A Strong Foundation In Programming Languages, Software Development, And System Design, Which Are Essential Skills For An Application Developer.

  • Experience In Robotic Process Automation (Rpa): As An Rpa Application Developer, Experience In Rpa Tools Such As Blue Prism, Uipath, Or Automation Anywhere Is A Must. This Includes Knowledge Of Creating And Maintaining Bots, Developing Automations, And Troubleshooting Rpa Processes.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: An Application Developer Must Be Well-Versed In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Python, Or .Net. These Languages Are Commonly Used In Rpa Development And Knowledge Of Them Is Essential For Creating Efficient And Effective Automations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Rpa Application Developer, It Is Important To Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues With Rpa Processes. This Includes The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Develop Solutions.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: Working As An Rpa Application Developer Requires Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Analysts, Testers, And Project Managers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Work With Others And Deliver Successful Rpa Projects.
