As an Application Developer, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in developing and implementing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools.   1. Develop and implement applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  2. Utilize expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform tools to design and develop innovative solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during development and implementation.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the Microsoft Power Platform and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and reliability of applications.
  7. Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project goals.
  8. Maintain and update existing applications as needed.
  9. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
  11. Adhere to coding standards and best practices while developing applications.
  12. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring junior developers on the team.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Represent IBM in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Power Platform - The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Microsoft Power Platform, Including Powerapps, Power Automate, And Power Bi. They Should Be Able To Develop Complex Applications Using These Tools And Have A Strong Grasp Of The Underlying Technologies.

  • Experience In Application Development - The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Application Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Portfolio Of Successful Projects Showcasing Their Ability To Design, Develop, And Deploy Applications Using Various Programming Languages And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Cloud Computing - As Ibm Is A Leading Provider Of Cloud Services, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Cloud Computing Concepts And Experience In Developing Applications For The Cloud. Familiarity With Microsoft Azure And Other Cloud Platforms Will Be An Added Advantage.

  • Understanding Of Agile Methodology - Ibm Follows Agile Methodology For Software Development, And The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In This Approach. They Should Have Experience In Working In Agile Teams And Be Able To Deliver High-Quality Products Within Tight Deadlines.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills - As An Application Developer At Ibm, The Candidate Will Be Working In A Team Environment, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changing Requirements And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
