  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Microsoft Power Platform.

  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address any roadblocks in the development process.
  8. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all projects.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize existing applications to meet evolving business needs.
  10. Adhere to coding standards and best practices to maintain a high level of quality in all development work.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on projects.
  12. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  13. Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers in the team.
  14. Collaborate with other teams within IBM to integrate Power Platform applications with other systems and technologies.
  15. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient In Microsoft Power Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Microsoft Power Platform. This Includes Expertise In Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, And Power Virtual Agents.

  • Experience In Developing Custom Applications: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing Custom Applications Using The Microsoft Power Platform. This Includes Designing, Developing, And Deploying Applications To Meet Business Requirements.

  • Knowledge Of Microsoft Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Other Microsoft Technologies Such As Azure, Dynamics 365, And Sharepoint. This Will Enable Them To Integrate Power Platform Applications With These Technologies And Create More Robust Solutions.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As An Application Developer, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues In Power Platform Applications. They Should Also Be Able To Analyze Business Requirements And Design Efficient Solutions.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Solutions.
