Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Front End Development: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Front-End Development Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Front-End Frameworks Like React, Angular, Or Vue.

  • Knowledge Of Design Principles: The Candidate Should Have An Eye For Design And Be Able To Create Visually Appealing And User-Friendly Interfaces. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Design Principles And Be Able To Create Responsive Designs That Work Across Various Devices.

  • Experience With Agile Methodology: Ibm Follows The Agile Methodology For Development, So The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment. They Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Requirements And Deliver High-Quality Code In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Familiarity With Ibm Technologies: As A Developer At Ibm, The Candidate Will Be Working With Various Ibm Technologies, So Familiarity With These Technologies Is A Plus. This Includes Ibm Cloud, Watson, And Other Ibm Applications.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
