- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates and trends to continuously improve consulting services.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using ServiceNow.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them on the use of ServiceNow technology.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow products and features.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Document and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Best Practices.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Platform, Including Implementation And Configuration.
Experience With Project Management And Customer-Facing Roles, Including Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, And User Training.
Servicenow Certification(S) Such As Certified System Administrator Or Certified Implementation Specialist.
