  1. Lead and manage the APAC SW digital sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for IBM software solutions.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share in the APAC region.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the sales team to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive product development.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support when needed.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for IBM, promoting our digital solutions and value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  14. Represent IBM at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of IBM's digital transformation by driving sales and revenue growth in the APAC region.
