Analyst-Risk and Compliance

Responsibilities: • Analyze and identify potential risks for IBM and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations relevant to risk and compliance. • Develop and implement processes and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. • Monitor and review existing risk and compliance procedures for effectiveness. • Prepare reports and presentations on risk and compliance issues. • Analyze data and trends to identify areas of concern and develop action plans to address issues. • Provide guidance and advice to other departments on risk and compliance issues. • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. • Track and monitor all risk and compliance activities. • Act as a liaison between the company and external auditors. • Participate in training on risk and compliance topics. • Keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
