Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor risk and compliance strategies to ensure organizational objectives are met.
2. Evaluate and assess financial, operational, and regulatory risks and compliance requirements.
3. Identify areas of potential risk and non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
4. Research applicable laws and regulations and monitor changes to ensure compliance.
5. Develop policies and procedures for risk and compliance management.
6. Prepare and present detailed reports to management and other stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Provide training to staff on risk and compliance matters.
9. Respond to requests for information and help resolve compliance issues.
10. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs.
