The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, a well-developed understanding of the principles of real estate, and a proven ability to think outside the box. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing commercial real estate transactions, preferably in the technology sector, and a strong network of real estate professionals and service providers.If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions for IBM's Americas presence.
  2. Develop and execute real estate strategy for IBM's Americas presence.
  3. Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate transactions.
  4. Create and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and service providers.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
  6. Monitor and report on progress of real estate transactions.
  7. Develop and implement best practices for real estate transactions.
  8. Keep current on market trends and regulations affecting real estate transactions.
  9. Provide guidance and advice to other stakeholders on real estate matters.
  10. Analyze financial data related to real estate transactions.
