Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions for IBM's Americas presence.
- Develop and execute real estate strategy for IBM's Americas presence.
- Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate transactions.
- Create and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
- Monitor and report on progress of real estate transactions.
- Develop and implement best practices for real estate transactions.
- Keep current on market trends and regulations affecting real estate transactions.
- Provide guidance and advice to other stakeholders on real estate matters.
- Analyze financial data related to real estate transactions.
