Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Air Force Account Manager to join the IBM team. Reporting to the Senior Air Force Account Manager, the Air Force Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Air Force’s account. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Air Force’s account requirements and have the ability to develop strategies to meet those requirements. They should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and independently. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to meet the Air Force’s account requirements.
  2. Communicate with the Air Force’s personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Monitor customer service and satisfaction levels, and take action to improve them if necessary.
  4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Air Force’s account.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Senior Air Force Account Manager and other IBM team members.
  6. Analyze data and trends to assess the performance of the Air Force’s account.
  7. Identify and implement procedures and processes to improve the efficiency of the account.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Provide regular reporting to the Senior Air Force Account Manager.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field

  • Mba Or Other Advanced Degree

  • Cpa Or Cma Certification

  • + Years Of Accounting And Financial Analysis Experience

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap)

  • Ability To Develop And Maintain Positive Relationships With Clients

  • Ability To Work Both Independently And As Part Of A Team

  • Proven Experience With Financial Analysis And Reporting
