  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technical account management to effectively support Ameriprise clients.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for Ameriprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  3. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and challenges.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide the most current and relevant solutions to clients.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions to meet client expectations.
  8. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership to provide status updates, resolve issues, and address concerns.
  10. Continuously strive for excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and success.
  13. Represent Ameriprise and IBM in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Leadership Roles

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Financial Services Industry, Particularly In The Ameriprise Market

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Ibm Products And Technologies, With Relevant Certifications Preferred.
