Job Description

IBM is seeking Account Managers with deep knowledge and experience with the Department of Labor to drive consistent growth by leveraging your business development, sales, account management, and delivery skills. IBM is looking for leaders with deep knowledge of the agencies’ specific business problems and mission areas. Manage portfolio of delivery projects to achieve specific outcomes in client satisfaction, revenue, and margin targets. Build and maintain executive client relationships in your delivery portfolio. Develop and execute a sales pipeline focused on key offerings. Work collaboratively with other practice leaders to sell and propose integrated, tailored solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience providing professional consulting service to Federal government clients

  • At least 5 years’ experience in driving digital strategy, transformation, and innovation for the Department of Labor.

  • Experience with capture management, solution development, proposal management, and pricing.

  • A track record of achieving an individual sales quota of $10M annually and managing a P&L of equivalent value
