- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership and dealer partners.
- Ensure that all sales team members are aligned with the company's goals, values, and brand messaging.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
- Set and track sales enablement goals and KPIs, and regularly report on progress to senior management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning within the sales enablement team.
