- Develop and implement effective sales training programs for new and existing sales team members.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop training plans to address them.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement in sales performance.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to small and large groups.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and other resources to support ongoing learning and development.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to help them improve their skills and meet performance goals.
- Coordinate and track participation in training programs and maintain accurate training records.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales training with company goals and objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support other members of the sales training team.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance and improve the training and development program.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our training and development initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all members of the sales team and other departments.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Training And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Trainers.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Sales Training Programs.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Customer Relationship Management, And Industry Trends.
