Sr. Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer

- Design and implement efficient and secure IAM solutions for the company's digital assets and systems.
- Develop and maintain access controls, policies, and procedures for managing user access to systems and applications.
- Monitor and analyze IAM systems for potential vulnerabilities and provide timely remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IAM best practices and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of IAM systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's security posture.
- Train and mentor junior team members on IAM practices and procedures.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on IAM projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to IAM-related incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the security and integrity of the company's digital assets.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Identity Access Management, Preferably In A Financial Or Technology Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Concepts, Technologies, And Best Practices, Including Experience With Iam Tools Such As Sailpoint, Okta, And Forgerock.
Experience With Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Iam Solutions For Large-Scale Enterprise Environments.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Sox And Gdpr, And Experience Implementing Controls To Meet These Requirements.
