- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for the company's IAM system.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of IAM solutions to ensure secure access to company resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address IAM requirements and enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's IAM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
- Train and mentor junior team members on IAM technologies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including management, to provide updates, recommendations, and status reports on IAM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new IAM products and solutions.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for IAM system support and maintenance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Identity Access Management (Iam) Engineering, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Proficient In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Iam Solutions, Including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, And Privileged Access Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices, Such As Nist Cybersecurity Framework And Iso/Iec 27001.
Strong Understanding Of Iam Technologies, Such As Active Directory, Azure Ad, And Okta, As Well As Experience With Iam Platforms Like Sailpoint Or Cyberark.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
