Manager, National F&I Development Training

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Manager of National F&I Development Training to join our team at Hyundai Capital America. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive and effective F&I training program to ensure our dealership partners are knowledgeable and up to date on all Hyundai products, trends, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, along with the qualifications and personal traits necessary to achieve success in this role. Qualifications: • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in F&I training and development• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong working knowledge of F&I products and trends• Highly organized with strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive F&I training program for dealerships • Stay up to date on all Hyundai products, trends, and processes • Train and mentor dealership personnel on F&I products and processes • Develop and provide ongoing feedback to dealership personnel on F&I performance • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure dealership personnel are meeting F&I training objectives • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend changes to improve outcomes • Determine resources needed for successful training programs • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives • Travel to dealership locations up to 25% of the time to provide in-person training and support
