Lead and effectively manage cross-functional strategy projects: Encourage all engaged teams actively to participate and collaborate in the projects and build constructive consensus aligning all participating teams. Perform best practices benchmarking studies by leveraging all available sources including internal/public information and SME interviews, and provide valuable implications for HCA to close the gaps against best-in-class market players.
