- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during IVR development and implementation.

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and other departments.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure continuous growth and development in IVR development skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve IVR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to IVR development and data privacy.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ivr Development, Preferably In A Financial Or Automotive Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ivr Technologies And Platforms, Such As Genesys, Avaya, Or Cisco.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
