  2. Manage and lead a team of IVR developers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IVR technology to continuously improve and enhance our solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify business needs for IVR development projects.
  5. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IVR development projects.
  6. Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure IVR solutions are functioning correctly and meeting user requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for IVR development projects, including project plans, technical specifications, and user guides.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during IVR development and implementation.
  9. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure IVR solutions meet user requirements and provide a positive customer experience.
  10. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and other departments.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to ensure continuous growth and development in IVR development skills.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve IVR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to stay updated on industry developments and potential partnerships.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to IVR development and data privacy.
  15. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the IVR industry and make recommendations for their implementation in Hyundai Capital America's solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ivr Development, Preferably In A Financial Or Automotive Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ivr Technologies And Platforms, Such As Genesys, Avaya, Or Cisco.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
