- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on IVR system development and performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IVR vendors and service providers.
- Train and mentor team members on IVR system development best practices and techniques.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and budget constraints for IVR system projects.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ivr Development Or Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Ivr Systems And Technologies, Such As Genesys, Avaya, Or Cisco.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
