  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors, acting as the main point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
  2. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  3. Monitor vendor performance and ensure that their services meet the company's business needs and align with our goals.
  4. Conduct regular vendor assessments and audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any vendor-related issues or concerns.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in vendor management and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Manage vendor budgets and expenses, ensuring that costs are within budget and in line with company goals.
  8. Develop and implement vendor management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
  10. Stay informed about the latest technologies and solutions offered by vendors and make recommendations for their adoption to improve business operations.
  11. Train and mentor team members on vendor management principles and practices.
  12. Ensure vendor compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate vendor contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all vendor contracts, agreements, and interactions.
  15. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
