
Inside Sales Manager- HMF
Inside Sales is responsible for generating new business in conjunction with servicing and maintaining relationship with current dealer base. The function is primarily sales and service contact focus, by managing inbound calls and making outbound calls to assigned dealers. Secures new accounts by contacting dealers. Keeps informed of plans and policies of dealers and competitive finance companies to advise management. Business targets include the following:
- Standard Penetration
- Subvened Penetration
- CPO/Used Contracts
- Lease Penetration
- Wholesale Acquisitions/Retention
- LSA Activity
- eContracting
Experience as a field/sales representative in automotive finance preferred
Minimum 6+ years in automobile finance industry
Experience in handling a large call volume preferred
