  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for the Kia brand in the designated region.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  3. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to continuously improve their sales skills and knowledge of the automotive industry.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships and external partners, to support sales efforts.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the brand and build relationships.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and challenges to senior management.

This Knowledge Is Essential In Developing Effective Sales Strategies And Identifying Opportunities For Growth.

  • Financial Management Expertise: In Addition To Driving Sales, This Role Also Involves Managing A Budget And Financial Resources. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Expense Control.
