  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of bankruptcy laws and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Provide sound legal advice and guidance to internal teams regarding bankruptcy related matters.
  3. Review and analyze bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, to identify potential issues and risks.
  4. Represent the organization in bankruptcy court proceedings and communicate with court officials, trustees, and other parties involved.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including collections and legal departments, to develop effective strategies for handling bankruptcy cases.
  6. Communicate with customers and their legal representatives to negotiate and resolve bankruptcy-related issues.
  7. Prepare and review legal documents, including bankruptcy petitions, motions, and pleadings.
  8. Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  10. Provide training and guidance to team members on bankruptcy laws and procedures.
  11. Manage caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  12. Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement in bankruptcy processes.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Law Or A Related Field: Candidates For A Bankruptcy Associate Position At Hyundai Capital America Should Possess A Strong Educational Background, With At Least A Bachelor's Degree In Law Or A Related Field Such As Finance Or Business.
