Provide support to Hyundai Capital America’s floor plan dealer portfolio including processing of flooring and auction requests, customer support on the Dealer Access module of the wholesale management system and maintenance of dealer credit lines in the Data Scan system. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies. Process ACH rejection requests as required. Process returns and notify Credit Center. Collaborate with Accounting dept – Daily reconciliation, GL clearing transactions, and open suspense items. Process transactions in DataScan Wi system - line adjustments, rate changes, equity transfers, banking updates. Set up new FP accounts and new Auctions within DataScan system. Process takeovers and take-outs. Set up and book Non Floor Plan loans within DataScan system (Must have knowledge of amortization and non-amortization loans). Manage high profile Commercial accounts, ie Mobility subscription, ILC, Syndicated accounts.
