Associate, Commercial Fleet

The Commercial Fleet Associate is responsible for collections and servicing of Retail and Lease Commercial Vehicle Finance (CVF) accounts and Commercial Fleet customers. Contact past due customers via telephone or email and make arrangements to bring accounts current. Handle incoming calls from delinquent CVF customers. Manage CVF collections queue of accounts 1-89 days delinquent. Provide payment extensions to qualified CVF customers Document all actions taken on account. Update Customer information such as phone numbers, address, email, and primary contact. Document all actions taken on accounts and perform all necessary account actions for CVF customer. Review CVF Customer accounts for misapplied payments, errors and send to appropriate team for corrections. Report and document any signs of fraud to CVF Management, CVF Customer Service Support. Handle in and outbound CVF customer Service calls. Review and reconcile payments received from CVF Fleet customers.
