- Oversee and manage bankruptcy cases for Hyundai Capital America.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable bankruptcy laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of bankruptcy cases to determine appropriate course of action.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, courts, and customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of bankruptcy cases and related information.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective bankruptcy case management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to bankruptcy laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Represent Hyundai Capital America in bankruptcy court proceedings as needed.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Bankruptcy Or Debt Collection In A Financial Institution.
Knowledge Of Bankruptcy Laws And Regulations, Including Chapter 7 And Chapter 13.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
