Analyst - Operations Strategy & Analytics

• Develop hypotheses to problem statements, test and analyze, come up with solutions, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop tracking mechanisms
• Compile and Organize data by utilizing SAS, Brio/EPM or SQL for the purpose of producing standard reports and/or ad hoc analysis
• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement; solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations
• Work closely with colleagues across Hyundai Capital America and other business partners, including: IT, Sales, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, service, and profitability
• All other duties as assigned
