Analyst - Capital Markets
Perform data analysis, assist in audits and support investor reporting requirements. Maintain systems and database to ensure effective and efficient deal execution.
- Conduct asset transfers, compile data, complete SEC data filings, and prepare monthly servicer reports for structured finance funding facilities (ABS/conduits).
- Asset database management, investor reporting queries, IT liaison and project management.
- Provide audit, due diligence, and internal compliance support for ABS and conduit transactions.
Auto finance or banking industry experience is strongly preferred but not necessary
Minimum 2+ years of recent Capital Markets/Treasury experience preferred
