As a Thompson Hostess, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a genuine desire to make our guests' experience unforgettable. Greet and welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and professional manner.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for guests.
Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have during their stay.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
Communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Keep track of reservations and seating arrangements for the hotel's restaurant.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to assist guests with recommendations.
Up-sell hotel amenities and services to guests.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Keep the lobby and entrance area clean and organized.
Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
