
Supervisor Front Desk

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk, while delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. - Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk department to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest service.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they are providing high-quality service to guests.
- Monitor and maintain Front Desk procedures and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's reservation system and ensure all reservations are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies at the Front Desk, ordering additional items as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll for Front Desk staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to Front Desk staff.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, promotions, and events to effectively communicate with guests.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and brand standards.
- Handle any escalated situations with guests and make decisions in the best interest of the guest and the hotel.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the guest experience and suggest new ideas for the Front Desk department.
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and uphold the hotel's values and culture.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required by the hotel management.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the hotel management.
Strong Communication Skills: A Supervisor At The Front Desk Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Management At All Levels.
Experience In Hospitality Industry: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Front Desk Or Customer Service Role, Is Required For This Position.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Motivating Them To Provide Exceptional Service To Guests.
Proficient In Property Management Systems: Familiarity With Property Management Systems, Such As Opera Or Fidelio, Is Essential For Efficiently Managing Front Desk Operations.
Customer Service Orientation: The Ability To Anticipate And Fulfill Guests' Needs, Handle Complaints, And Provide Prompt And Courteous Service Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
