Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor Front Desk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Train and mentor front desk staff on guest service standards and company procedures.
  3. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  4. Schedule and assign duties to front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  6. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
  8. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the guest experience at the front desk.
  11. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new front desk staff.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve front desk operations.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing the company.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  15. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role: The Ideal Candidate For The Supervisor Front Desk Position At Hyatt Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Front Desk Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Guests, Team Members, And Other Departments. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Positive Relationships And Resolving Conflicts Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Systems: A Thorough Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk Procedures, Reservation Systems, And Billing Processes, Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With Hyatt's Standards And Policies.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: The Supervisor Front Desk Will Be Required To Handle Various Guest Complaints And Requests, As Well As Make Quick And Effective Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think On Their Feet.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team To Deliver Exceptional Guest Service. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Train Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure A Positive Work Environment.
