Welcome to the Hyatt team! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our front desk team as a Supervisor. As a Supervisor Front Desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front desk team.
  2. Train, coach, and develop front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency at all times.
  4. Ensure that guest check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient.
  5. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Monitor room availability and make necessary adjustments to maximize occupancy.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports of front desk operations.
  9. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  10. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, and expectations.
  11. Monitor and maintain front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment.
  12. Assist in creating and implementing new strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
  13. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  14. Lead by example and foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Front Desk Department Of A Hotel Is Required For This Position.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Supervisor Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Team Members, And Other Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Front Desk Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Front Desk Operations, Including Check-In And Check-Out Procedures, Room Reservations, And Handling Guest Inquiries And Complaints.

  • Leadership Abilities: The Supervisor Should Have Strong Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Front Desk Agents, Conduct Training Sessions, And Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.

  • Customer Service Orientation: The Supervisor Must Have A Customer Service Orientation And Be Committed To Ensuring A High Level Of Guest Satisfaction By Providing Prompt, Courteous, And Efficient Service At All Times.
