
Supervisor Front Desk

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front desk team.
- Train, coach, and develop front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency at all times.
- Ensure that guest check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient.
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor room availability and make necessary adjustments to maximize occupancy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of front desk operations.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, and expectations.
- Monitor and maintain front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Assist in creating and implementing new strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead by example and foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Front Desk Department Of A Hotel Is Required For This Position.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Supervisor Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Team Members, And Other Departments.
Knowledge Of Front Desk Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Front Desk Operations, Including Check-In And Check-Out Procedures, Room Reservations, And Handling Guest Inquiries And Complaints.
Leadership Abilities: The Supervisor Should Have Strong Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Front Desk Agents, Conduct Training Sessions, And Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.
Customer Service Orientation: The Supervisor Must Have A Customer Service Orientation And Be Committed To Ensuring A High Level Of Guest Satisfaction By Providing Prompt, Courteous, And Efficient Service At All Times.
