  1. Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their success and development.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to drive revenue and increase guest satisfaction.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
  4. Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  5. Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute innovative menus and dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  6. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
  7. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  8. Hire, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional performance.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  11. Represent the hotel and its dining offerings at industry events and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to develop and execute promotions and events to drive business.
  13. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  14. Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  15. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and quality.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation within the food and beverage department.
  17. Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements and use data to make informed decisions.
  18. Uphold the company's core values and standards of excellence in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Food And Beverage Management, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.

  • Strong Financial Acumen, With The Ability To Develop And Manage Budgets, Analyze Financial Data, And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Revenue And Profitability.
