Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Spa Coordinator to join our Hyatt team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be organized, and have a passion for helping others. The Spa Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.Required qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent.• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or related experience.• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.• Knowledge of spa services and products.• Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
