Shift Engineer

Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair hotel building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and elevators. • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. • Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergency maintenance calls. • Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs. • Inspect all areas of the hotel for safety and maintenance issues. • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed. • Train and supervise staff on proper maintenance and safety procedures. • Monitor inventory of tools and supplies and order replacements when necessary. • Assist with special projects as needed. • Complete reports and logs as required.
